Gentle/Restorative Yoga

This practice will gently stretch and strengthen the muscles of the body. There will be some standing postures but the majority of the class will be on the floor. Props such as bolsters and blocks can be used to physically support students and encourage deep relaxation which further helps with letting go of tension and stress. Modifications can be made for students coming back from an injury or ailment. 


If you are unable to attend a session please inform Megan by text or cancel your booking on Punchpass a minimum of 6 hours prior to the start of your class to avoid being charged the full class fee.
