Festive Seasonal Whole Foods Cooking Workshop with Leah at Four Seasons Yoga

Join Leah in the kitchen (or just sit back and watch) as she demonstrates how to prepare a three course meal making the most of vegetables, beans and grains, turning them into a bold, satisfying, seasonal, festive meal.

This event will include a 2-hour cooking demonstration/workshop of seasonal plant-based whole foods followed by a lunch where we get to sit down together and enjoy everything we've prepared.

You'll receive a print out of all the recipes to take home with you on the day and the opportunity to participate in some of the food preparation (if you choose to), ask questions and learn the processes involved in creating simple, delicious and healthy food for yourself, your family and friends.

Simple recipes, delicious food, happy bellies!

We aim to cater for diverse dietary needs and therefore all food cooked on the day will be gluten-free, dairy free and vegetarian. If you have special dietary needs, outside of these parameters, please let us know prior to confirming your booking.

Please note that this event is limited to 12 participants with a minimum of 10 people for the session to go ahead
